Daniel White is an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant who specializes in leaders helping teams and leaders reach their full potential. He works with leaders to strengthen their ability to manage people, lead organizations, collaborate and innovate. He works with organizations to assess opportunities, then designs and facilitates innovative programs that enable clients to learn new skills and ways of thinking.

As a coach, he works with individual leaders to assess their strengths and development needs. He coaches them to fully leverage their unique talents to achieve greater effectiveness over the long term.

As a facilitator he creates learning experiences and works with groups to strengthen their focus, their dialogue and their ability to act in a coordinated fashion. The results of this work are enhanced product quality and innovation.

Prior to his role as a coach and organization development consultant, Dan served as Director of Organization and Executive Development at CitiGroup. There he implemented original approaches to leadership training and organization effectiveness.
