Dr. Leslie S. Rush is Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs in the College of Education at the University of Wyoming. A former high school English teacher, Dr. Rush currently focuses her research and writing energy on the roles and contexts of instructional coaches in secondary schools, particularly those focusing on literacy work. Dr. Rush is the co-editor of the Conference on English Education journal, English Education.

Dr. Elizabeth (Betsy) Baker is a Professor of Literacy Studies at the University of Missouri.
